Everything on Olifants Trailers’ website is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Olifants Rentals or Olifants Trailers. A comprehensive copy of our terms and conditions is available upon request and will be given to you at time of rental. The information is only to be used for guidance and not to be treated as a definitive statement. It is provided in good faith and every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, however, Olifants Rentals cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions, nor provide any warranty or guarantee of any nature.

Following are only part of our standard terms and conditions:
When renting, the following are not permitted on any of Olifants Trailers: livestock, building material/rubble, sand, steel, stone, bricks, pavers, concrete, instant lawn, or corrosive chemicals.
When you sign the rental agreement, you irrevocably accept that the trailer is in a good order and condition, free of defects, latent or otherwise, and shall have no claim for cancellation, damages of any nature whatsoever and howsoever arising against Olifants Rentals, so check the trailer with our staff.
You will only be authorized to use the trailer for the intended purpose and for the intended destination and duration as per the agreement.
